Information from Candidates
When you participate in a hiring assessment at the request of one of our Clients, we may collect the following information:
- Personal Identifiers: Your name, email address, and other contact information provided by our Client.
- Visual and Audio Information: Still photographs (photos) and/or video recordings of you, as well as audio information contained therein.
- Behavioral and Biometric Information: Our AI analyzes the visual data you provide to generate insights. This analysis may involve processing information related to facial characteristics and micro-expressions to infer behavioral traits. We do not collect data for identification purposes (e.g., a facial fingerprint). The output is a set of predictive insights about job-related traits.
Information from Clients
If you are a Client, we may collect the following information:
- Account Information: Your name, company name, email address, phone number, and payment information.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, such as the roles you create and the reports you access.
- Candidate Data: Information you provide about Candidates that you invite to use our Services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Improve Our Services: To operate our platform, generate analytical reports for our Clients, and improve the accuracy and fairness of our AI models.
- For Research and Development: We use anonymized and aggregated data to conduct research and development to enhance our technology. We will not use your personal data for R&D without your explicit consent where required by law.
- To Communicate with You: To send you service-related announcements, billing information, and support messages.
- To Ensure Security and Compliance: To protect against fraud, abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We process Candidate data based on the legitimate interest of our Clients to make informed hiring decisions, and where applicable, upon your consent provided before you begin an assessment.

- With Our Clients: We share Candidate analysis reports with the specific Client who requested your assessment.

5. Data Security
